Our vehicles cover the duties of Domestic Appliance Repair field work. This area is predominately rural, and renowned for poor transmission issues on all types of equipment.
In the early days we had issues where one vehicle which was not transmitting successfully. Chan and his team ensured the equipment was performing and replaced the whole unit, finding that made little difference,
replaced the antennae and eventually fitted a different more powerful transmitting system to the vehicle. All at no extra cost and without question.
There was a risk that one driver was using scrambling equipment, and Overview Mapping ensured they went the extra mile to eliminate the possibility of hardware failure.
I have since endorsed the service and support to several of my colleagues within the nation-wide Service Force coverage. I believe that Chan has some leads following my recommendations.
