Chan visits whenever we ask him to and pops in for a cuppa when he’s in the area. The back office
support is always available when any issues arise, not that there are many. The system itself has
been very reliable with no downtime at all which is rare. In due course we intend to roll out
VeriLocation on the entire fleet and with the experience we have had so far I am sure it will be completely successful.
