Workflow Job Push

VeriLocation have now developed a range of "workflow" solutions to create fully integrated tracking and telematics as part of your day to day operations.

All businesses need to collate "jobs" where they provide services to customers. These jobs or "tickets" by their nature have geographic locations. We can help import these locations onto the existing tracking map systems and optimise the process of fulfillment. The next step is then to allocate resources to "groups" of jobs which are defined as "routes". For instance allocating a vehicle, driver and / or trailer to a route then allows this days work to be sent to the driver as part of his work schedule.

The route can be sent electronically via a PDA, by email, or using our Garmin or Message Data Terminal as fitted into each vehicle as part of the GPS telematics package.

At all times, the days work flows can be monitored in real time to see how jobs are progressing. Simple colour coding allows the visibility of delays to be spotted instantly and dealt with immediately.
