RFID & Temperature Control

Temperature monitoring in both real time and historically can be offered in three versions:

1. The simplest approach is to use a wired thermo-couple linked to the GSP device's i/o channel. This may require drilling a small hole into the chill chamber.

2. Connecting to the digital control box of an existing cooling unit already installed.

3. RFID thermo-tag. We can read up to 50 individual active-tags from a range of up to 10 metres. Uses a "reader" connected to GPS unit that listens for the second by second pulses of configured "active" tags. These pulses have embedded temperature information which can be read, then uploaded to the main VeriLocation account for display against the vehicle and for producing graphs of live temperature for audit purposes. Tags can be calibrated by Lab3 to remain within tolerance. ( insert industry standard )
