For current and future customers using VL-Fleet and Microsoft Exchange we can now offer a true workflow field management plugin for no charge. Users are able to hook into the users Exchange diary and place appointments, send map locations and wirelessly in real time send jobs to field based users of mobile PDA type devices ( including BlackBerry ). As an example it is possible to locate the nearest engineer in the vehicle list then send an address location as a new appointment directly into their Exchange account without leaving the GPS website application
