VeriLocation have been selected to provide MORETHAN young drivers tracking system
as part of the UK pilot scheme.
VeriLocation have been commissioned to provide 2,000 GPS tracking units as part
of a UK wide trial. The “Drivetime” scheme from MoreThan offers under 25’s the opportunity
of a 40% discount on their policy subject to not using the vehicle between 11pm
and 6 am everyday. The GPS device monitors vehicle activity and then automatically
notifies when the curfew has been breached. The system is designed to change driver
behaviour - reducing the use of vehicles at high risk times of day and should reduce
accidents. VeriLocation provides the hardware, systems development and call centre
to run the entire scheme.
