- The following steps have to occur before your account can go live:
1. Complete your account details by filling in the form on this page.
2. You will receive an email from 'accounts@verilocation.com' enabling you to log onto the website, In the following format.
Your Verilocation account has been set up with the following details.
Email: bill@somewhere.co.uk
Password: aj295269
Account ID: xxxxx
3. you will need to setup a payment method via WorldPay then receive a confirmation email from 'shopper@uk.worldpay.com' saying payment of £35.25 has been taken on behalf of Overview Mapping, this transaction covers the first 6 months of service. Each subsequent month following the sixth, a payment of £5.88 will be taken, you will receive a second email detailing this FuteurePay agreement. If you have any questions about your order (including refunds, delivery status, wanting to cancel your order), please email Overview Mapping Ltd at: wp_support@verilocation.com, with the WorldPay transaction details listed in the above emails.
4. We will send a letter to the postal address you set up on your account with your account activation code. You will be required to login to the website and type in this activation code. This activation code is only required to be typed in once. At this point your account will be live and ready for phones to be added.
- The following steps will have to take place for each mobile phone to be added to your account.
1. Select 'add a mobile' phone onto your account.
2. the mobile phone will be sent an activation code which you will need to activate the phone.
3. the phone will be activated with this code.
4. the mobile phone will be sent another text message saying they have authorised you to track the phone.
5. you can start tracking the phone.
6. further random text messages will be sent to the phone saying they have authorised you to track the phone.
7. the person being tracked can stop you tracking then at any time by calling us with their activation code.
